Device for the elimination of static electricity used for the racking, transportation and loading/unloading of oil and oil derivatives, inflammable gases and solid inflammable materials consisting of the two energy branches one of which is connected to the object (12), the energy of which needs balancing, and the other to the ground- coupled plate grounding (78). The first energy branch consists of the crocodile clamp (33), cable (44), diode (D1), condensers (C1) and (C2) and neon glow lamp (T1). The second energy branch consists of the ground-coupled plate grounding (78), cable (55), resistors (R3) and (R1), condensers (C3) and (C4) and diode (D2). The branch for the energy level exchange of the created electrostatic energy consists of condensers (C2), (C3) and resistor (R2). The operation of the device is based on energy balancing between the electrostatic cumulative points of two systems bearing different energy levels, in the concrete case, cistern with oil and part of the ground where the cistern is placed.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'élimination d'électricité statique utilisé à des fins de soutirage, de transport et de chargement/déchargement de pétrole et de produits pétroliers, de gaz inflammables et de matières inflammables solides. Le dispositif comprend deux lignes de transfert d'énergie, une desquelles est connectée à l'objet (12) dont on doit équilibrer l'énergie, l'autre ligne de transfert d'énergie étant connectée à une plaque de mise à la terre (78). La première ligne comprend une pince crocodile (33), un câble (44), une diode (D1), des condensateurs (C1) et (C2) et une diode lumineuse (T1). La deuxième ligne comprend la plaque de mise à la terre (78), un câble (55), des résistances (R3) et (R1), des condensateurs (C3) et (C4) et une diode (D2). La ligne d'échange des niveaux d'énergie de l'énergie électrostatique qui se crée est constituée de condensateurs (C2), (C3) et d'une résistance (R2). Le fonctionnement du dispositif se base sur l'équilibrage de l'énergie entre les points d'accumulation électrostatique de deux systèmes possédant des niveaux d'énergie différents, à savoir dans le cas concret dans une citerne avec du pétrole et une partie du sol où est située la citerne.
