A method of administering a season pass to an event is provided whereby a season ticket device adapted to be held by a season pass holder is prepared and has validation data associated therewith for authorizing admission of the season pass holder to each of a plurality of events. Corresponding validation data is also stored in a database, wherein the validation data also represents corresonding admission rights for the season pass holder. The season pass holder may then submit a request to reassign the admission rights to a selected event in the plurality of events, wherein the corresponding validation data for the season ticket device is altered in response to receipt of the reassignement request. An event pass adapted to be held by an event pass holder is then issued corresponding to the altered validation data for the selected event. Admission to the event is thereafter controlled on the basis of the validation data and/or the event pass. A corresponding system for administering a season pass to an event, comprising a season ticket device, and a computer device in communication with the admission device over a computer network is also provided.
Cette invention a trait à un procédé permettant de délivrer un laissez-passer saisonnier pour une manifestation, procédé dans le cadre duquel est établi un dispositif pour ticket saisonnier, conçu pour être détenu par un porteur d'un laissez-passer saisonnier, lequel dispositif comporte des données de validation autorisant son détenteur à participer à plusieurs manifestations. Des données de validation correspondantes sont également stockées dans une base de données, lesquelles données sont également représentatives des droits d'admission du détenteur du laissez-passer saisonnier. Ce dernier est en mesure de formuler une demande de réattribution de droit d'admission pour une manifestation choisie dans la pluralité de manifestations, les données de validation correspondantes du dispositif susmentionné étant alors modifiées en fonction de cette demande. Un laissez-passer pour une manifestation, conçu pour être détenu par un détenteur de laissez-passer est alors produit, en conformité avec les données de validation modifiées pour cette manifestation choisie. L'admission à cette manifestation est ensuite vérifiée d'après les données de validation et/ou ledit laissez-passer. L'invention porte également sur le système correspondant, permettant d'émettre un laissez-passer pour une manifestation, lequel système comporte un dispositif pour ticket saisonnier ainsi qu'un ordinateur en relation, par réseau informatique, avec le dispositif d'admission.
