Process for packaging plant tissues cultured in vitro in which, in a sterile container, plant tissues cultured in vitro are placed between the surfaces of two solid supports impregnated with liquid nutrient medium, the said plant tissues being kept firmly attached to at least one of the surfaces of the supports by capillarity, at least one of the other surfaces of the supports also being kept firmly attached to one of the sides of the container by capillarity, and the tissues are preserved as they are. The invention also relates to a packaging device intended for carrying out the process.
