A device (10) for attaching a load (12) to a helicopter (14) comprises at least one support cable (20), which itself comprises a first cable section (22), arranged off-centre with respect to a longitudinal axis (24) of the helicopter (14) and an opposing off-centre second cable section (26). The support cable (20) is linked to the helicopter (14) on one side and the load (12) on the other side. The ends (28) and (30) of the support cable (20) are securely attached on the helicopter side. The support cable (20) and load (12) are connected to each other in a manner which permits relative movement, in such a way that the load (12) is movable along the support cable (20).
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) pour accrocher une charge (12) à un hélicoptère (14). Ce dispositif comprend un câble porteur (20) qui présente une première partie (22) excentrée par rapport à un axe longitudinal (24) de l'hélicoptère (14) et une deuxième partie (26) excentrée, opposée à la première. Le câble porteur (20) est relié d'un côté à l'hélicoptère (14) et de l'autre côté à la charge (12). Les extrémités (28) et (30) du câble porteur (20) sont accrochées de manière fixe côté hélicoptère et le câble porteur (20) est relié à la charge (12) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport à cette dernière qui peut ainsi coulisser le long du câble porteur (20).
