ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides an adjustable device for supporting an elongate workpiece in combination with a vice. The device includes an elevator having a cradle to support a workpiece, the elevator is mounted on an arm and is rotatable relative to the arm. The arm is rotatably mounted on an attachment that can be located on a work-table. It will be seen that the elevator can be raised or lowered to vertically position the workpiece. Also, the arm can be rotated to horizontally position the workpiece.
