The invention relates to the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacological treatments. More specifically, the invention relates to compositions and methods for the treatment of incontinence, voiding disorders associated with lower urinary tract dysfunctions and/or and urethro-vesical and anal sphincteral disorders. The invention can be used, for example, for the treatment of pollakiuria, urinary urgency, nocturia or enuresis, true faecal incontinence, functional faecal incontinence (FFI), passive faecal incontinence, faecal urgency and/or faecal seepage. The invention is suitable for preventive or curative use with all mammals, particularly humans.
La présente invention appartient aux domaines de la chimie pharmaceutique et des traitements pharmacologiques. Elle concerne plus particulièrement des compositions et méthodes pour le traitement des incontinences, des troubles mictionnels associés aux dysfonctionnements du bas appareil urinaire, et/ou des troubles sphinctériens urétro- vésicaux et anaux. L'invention est utilisable notamment pour le traitement de la pollakiurie, l'impétuosité ou l'urgence urinaire, la nocturie ou l'énurésie, les incontinences fécales vraies, les incontinences fécales fonctionnelles (IFF), les incontinences fécales passives, les incontinences fécales d'urgence et/ou du suintement fécal. Elle est applicable chez tous mammifères, en particulier chez l'homme, à titre préventif ou curatif.
