11 A stand for positioning human extremities for the application of therapeutic casts of the type having a two adjustable legs (1) affixed to a base plate (2) which supports a split vertical support shaft (3) to which two adjustable multi-axial fixtures have been movably affixed. A foot plate fixture (5) reversible for adult or pediatric casting is affixed to the lower segment of the split vertical support shaft (3). An arm casting fixture (6) which may employ either a finger trap (7) or a hand grip (8) is affixed to the upper segment of the split vertical support shaft (3).
