The present invention relates to compounds of formula 1 Image and to pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, wherein preferably, Z is a group of the formula Image wherein R1 is H or methyl; R is a group of the formula Image wherein R2 is H or methyl; R3 is 2,6,6-trimethyl-bicyclo [3.1.1] hept-3-ylmethyl and R4 is 4-cyanophenyl. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of formula 1, and uses of the compounds of formula 1 for manufacturing a medicament, for inhibiting abnormal cell growth, including cancer, in a mammal.
