A whipstock system for insertion into an earth wellbore through a first tubular into a second tubular and for selectively setting within the second tubular. The first tubular has a smaller internal diameter than the second tubular and the first tubular is disposed above the second tubular. The second tubular has an interior surface, and the whipstock system comprises a concave (10), anchor apparatus (20) connected to and below the concave (10), grip apparatus (30) movably disposed within the anchor apparatus, pushing apparatus (60, 70, 80) below the grip apparatus (30) for pushing the grip apparatus (30) upwardly and outwardly from the anchor apparatus (20) for contacting the interior surface of the second tubular to set the whipstock system therein, and fluid flow apparatus (13, 22, 23) for conducting fluid under pressure through the concave (10) and through the anchor apparatus (20) to push up on the pushing apparatus (60, 70, 80).
L'invention concerne un système de sifflet déviateur prévu pour être inséré dans un trou de forage dans un premier élément tubulaire, puis dans un second élément tubulaire dans lequel il peut être installé de manière sélective. Le premier élément tubulaire présente un diamètre interne inférieur au deuxième élément tubulaire, et le premier élément est placé au-dessus du deuxième élément. Le deuxième élément présente une surface intérieure, et le système de sifflet déviateur comprend, une partie concave (10), un appareil d'ancrage (20) relié à la partie concave (10) et en dessous de cette dernière, un appareil de serrage (30) placé de manière mobile dans l'appareil d'ancrage, un appareil de poussée (60, 70, 80) en dessous de l'appareil de serrage (30) pour pousser ce dernier (30) vers le haut et vers l'extérieur à partir de l'appareil d'ancrage (20) afin d'entrer en contact avec la surface intérieure du deuxième élément tubulaire et de fixer ainsi le sifflet déviateur. Enfin, il comporte également un appareil d'écoulement de fluide (13, 22, 23) pour amener le fluide sous pression dans la partie concave (10) et dans l'appareil d'ancrage (20) pour exercer une poussée vers le haut sur l'appareil de poussée (60, 70, 80).
