This invention can be used in either of two Case Designs, Case A and Case B. Case A is used with a Standard Geared Bicycle which uses a Standard Free-Wheel Clutch Bearing that is housed in the Rear Wheel Hub and Cassette. Case B does not use a Free-Wheel Clutch bearing in the Rear Hub or in the Cassette so it is a far more useful and faster Travel Mode. The two bicycle Cases A and B can still use the Standard 360 degree Rotating Pedals but the Ratchet Pedals offer more easier Pedaling because the legs only press downward by Ratchet Pulsating. The various Spring Types or a Cable and Pulley system enable the Pulsating Pedals to be Reset. This thus makes the bicycle a very practical form of transportation for all types of leg or arm disabilities. A rider can Power Push or change Gear Ratios with one leg or two legs depending on the type of leg or arm injury or amputation or the Bicycle Seat Back Rest. The rider can shift his or her body mass to power the Ratchet Pedals which are reset by Spring Types or by a Cable and Pulley that links both Ratchet Pedals. These Ratchet Pedals can change the Gear Ratios but the Description Section to accomplish this must be followed in a certain order or sequence. This sequence can be automated so that the Case B bicycle can be the most easily adapted form for other daily applications that require frequent Forward Travel Mode and Reverse Travel Mode Operations. This permits for greater speed and versatility of the following sport, construction, fabrication spreading and pressing of foods or clays, agricultural and emergency applications. These applications require many Forward and Reverse Functions, for example: loading lifting spreading: grain, sand, cargo, paint, roller pressing: bread, pizza and clay slabs; scraping, delivering, cutting chopping crops, material and textile:drilling, polishing, planning, grinding, rowing, vibrating filtering, mixing. Each Case employs additional service parts so that these Cases can also be operated in a Reverse Power Travel Mode. New Power Features are added and new Safety Features to offer two or more Emergency or Rest Braking Services for a bicycle or for a wheelchair etc.. Case B is more versatile and makes it much more suitable for Automatic Gear Changing, Powering and Emergency Braking. The Description will first explain the advantages and the differences of the two Cases A & B. A Detailed Description refers to the Figure Drawings. Case A and Case B employ the same additional components but degree of employment varies between the two Cases as explained in the Description. A few more Extra operations, Levers Switches, Chain Tensioners, Ratchet Pedals and V Belt Plunger Parts are required to enable the bicycle to be driven in the Power Reverse Travel Mode. Case A permits Reverse Travel Mode but not as easily maneuverable as a Case B Design. Case A is more suitable for wheelchairs which require slower speeds and often must be propelled backwards because the Backward Travel Mode can avoid tipping over on slopes due to the Seat & Main Wheel Axel.. "V" Belt, "V" Disk Channel and "V" Pulley: This invention uses a "V" Belt Driven Disks and Drive Pulley to transfer power to the Rear Wheel in Case A Reverse Travel Mode and for both Case B Forward Travel Mode and Reverse Travel Mode. Note that this "V" Belt Drive System can also be energy power by a rotating electric or fuel motor. Ratchet Pedals can use a reciprocating electro solenoid. The "V" Belt Drive system can be used as an Emergency Brake when an Independent safety indexing Plunger Nose is pressed into the "V" Belt Groove of the Rear Driven Disks Channel. Thus both Case A and Case B offer an Emergency Braking System in case the Brake Cable fails or the Brake Pads are wore out etc.. This is the function of an additional Safety Indexing Plunger that "V " Locks the "V" Belt Driven Disks and the Power Driving V Grooved Pulley. Emergency Prevention Method of Backward Rolling Clutch Bearings for Case A Forward and Case A Reverse, Case B Forward and Case B Reverse: Additionally for both Cases two Additional Free-wheel Clutch Bearings can be added to stop the bicycle or the wheelchair from rolling backwards down a slope regardless of whether it is in the Forward or Reverse or Coaster Travel Mode. This is a convenience and an Emergency Anti-Backward Rolling Brake which is used in the Opposite Clutch Mode because it is rubber coated to roll press lock against the Rear Wheel Rim or on to the Rear Wheel Rubber Tire. The Rider is protected if the feet are disengaged from the Normal Pedals or from the Ratchet Pedals by slipping OFF or to momentarily rest or when pushing the bike up a slope or if someone is pushing a Wheelchair or a heavily loaded bicycle cart, dolly up a steep slope. Brake usage while resting can be avoided so this makes resting a possibility without dismounting the bicycle. A Standard Bike can roll backwards when feet slip OFF the Pedals.
