It is an object to make it possible to completely or partially eliminate a yaw driving device and to reduce power consumption in a nacelle. A moment around a wind-turbine tower axis is calculated; an angle command value around the wind-turbine tower axis is calculated by adding a yaw-control command value to a reference command value for canceling out the moment; and a pitch angle command value of each wind turbine blade is set on the basis of the angle command value around the wind-turbine tower axis.

Selon l'invention, un dispositif de commande de lacet est totalement ou partiellement éliminé et la consommation en courant électrique dans une nacelle est réduite. Le moment par rapport à l'axe d'une tour d'hélice est calculé, et une valeur d'instruction d'angle par rapport à l'axe de la tour de turbine est calculée par addition d'une valeur d'instruction de commande de lacet à une valeur d'instruction de référence pour annuler le moment calculé. Ensuite, une valeur d'instruction d'angle de pas pour chaque pale de turbine est réglée sur la base de la valeur d'instruction d'angle par rapport à l'axe de la tour de turbine.
