Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, particularly breast cancer, are disclosed. Illustrative compositions comprise one or more breast tumor polypeptides, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides, antigen presenting cell that expresses such polypeptides, and T cells that are specific for cells expressing such polypeptides. The disclosed compositions are useful, for example, in the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases, particularly breast cancer.

L'invention porte sur des compositions et des procédés pour le traitement et le diagnostic du cancer, notamment le cancer du sein. Des compositions représentatives contiennent un ou plusieurs polypeptides de tumeur du sein, des parties immunogènes de celui-ci, des polynucléotides qui codent ces polypeptides, une cellule de présentation d'antigène qui exprime ces polypeptides, et des lymphocytes T qui sont propres aux cellules exprimant ces polypeptides. Ces compositions sont utiles, par exemple, dans le diagnostic, la prévention et/ou le traitement de maladies, notamment le cancer du sein.
