A cabinet for housing first and second pieces of electrical equipment and having a first compartment adjacent a second compartment for housing the respective first and second pieces of electrical equipment. The cabinet has a first cover member overlying at least a portion of the first compartment and a second cover member overlying at least a portion of the second compartment and defining a seam therebetween. The cabinet also has a barrier positioned between the first and second compartments and extending generally tranverse to the cover members. The barrier includes a wall and a drip channel, where the drip channel is integrally formed with the wall and extends longitudinally adjacent the seam to resist penetration of water into the cabinet.
