First and second items of data information are detected during a method for automatically monitoring a packaging or filling process of a packaging machine (V). The first specify the packaging and/or a packaging material (1) used for forming the packaging, and the second items serve to describe machine parts, machine functions of the packaging machine (V) and/or specify products that are used for producing the packaging in the packaging machine (V). Before process step (5), a quality control (6) is carried out by detecting first and second items of data information required for carrying out the quality control and by determining actual data based on these items of information. These actual data are compared with predetermined set data and when the set data (9) and actual data correspond with one another within a range of tolerance, this process step (5) is enabled.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de contrôler automatiquement un processus d'emballage ou de remplissage réalisé par une machine d'emballage (V). Ce procédé consiste à déterminer des premières et des secondes informations, les premières informations spécifiant l'emballage et/ou un matériau d'emballage (1) utilisé pour former l'emballage et les secondes informations servant à décrire des éléments ou des fonctions de la machine d'emballage (V) et/ou à spécifier des produits utilisés pour produire l'emballage dans la machine d'emballage (V). Avant une étape de processus (5), un contrôle de qualité (6) est réalisé de la manière suivante : les premières et les secondes informations nécessaires à la réalisation dudit contrôle de qualité sont déterminées et des données réelles basées sur ces informations sont définies, puis ces données réelles sont comparées avec des données de consigne prédéterminées (9) et si les données réelles correspondent aux données de consigne à l'intérieur d'une plage de tolérance, l'étape de processus (5) peut être lancée.
