The present application discloses a dosage form for delivering a therapeutic agent to an environment of use, the dosage form comprising: (a) an internal compartment; (b) a therapeutic composition comprising a therapeutic agent in the compartment; (c) an expandable composition comprising means for expanding for pushing the therapeutic composition from the dosage form in the compartment; (d) exit means in the dosage form that connects the therapeutic composition with the environment of use, and wherein the dosage form is characterized by: (e) an injection-molded membrane with a softening point below 200°C, permeable to the passage of fluid that surrounds and defines the internal compartment, the injection-molded membrane comprising (i) polycaprolactone or a polycaprolactone copolymer; and (ii) one or more members selected from poly(alkylene oxide) and poly(ethylene glycol).
