The invention concerns a process for continuous application of an organic coating onto a metallurgical product 7 in travel with a bath of a liquid organic material 3 in a container 2 and susceptible to contain air bubbles, transfer of the said liquid organic material 3 onto the product being effected in a coating area, remarkable in that, to eliminate the said air bubbles, a rising current is created in the liquid material in at least one area of the bath, located upstream of the said coating area, so as to move the bubbles in the bath close to the surface and cause them to burst. The invention also concerns a device for implementing this process.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'application en continu d'un revêtement organique sur un produit métallurgique 7 en défilement à partir d'un bain d'un matériau organique liquide 3 contenu dans un bac 2 et susceptible de comporter des bulles d'air, le transfert dudit matériau organique liquide 3 sur le produit étant réalisé dans une zone d'enduction, caractérisé en ce que, pour éliminer lesdites bulles d'air, on crée dans au moins une zone du bain, située en amont de ladite zone d'enduction, un courant ascendant dans le matériau liquide de manière à amener les bulles du bain au voisinage de sa surface et provoquer leur éclatement. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
