The invention relates to a building block for a building construction (50), where a number of building blocks put together form a wall or the like, comprising a rectangular, precast building block (10; 30; 40). The building block (10; 30; 40) comprises an outer surface layer (12, 14) on each side surface and an intermediate, insulating middle layer (16) from a corresponding material with a lower density than the surface layers (12, 14). The building block (10) comprises further at least one vertical channel (18, 20) arranged to receive at least one locking plug (60, 62) and/or reinforced- concrete. The invention also relates to a building construction, and also application of building blocks to make a building construction.

L'invention concerne un bloc de construction destiné à une construction d'immeuble (50), où un certain nombre de blocs de construction assemblés forment un mur ou similaire, comprenant un bloc de construction rectangulaire pré-moulé (10 ; 30 ; 40). Le bloc de construction (10 ; 30 ; 40) comprend une couche de surface extérieure (12, 14) sur chaque surface latérale et une couche médiane isolante intermédiaire (16) d'un matériau correspondant présentant une densité plus faible que celle des couches de surface (12, 14). Le bloc de construction (10) comprend en outre au moins un canal vertical (18, 20) disposé pour recevoir au moins un plot de blocage (60, 62) et/ou du béton armé. L'invention concerne également la construction d'un immeuble et l'application de blocs de construction pour réaliser la construction d'un immeuble.
