A distribution dictation system (10) includes a data communication network (20), an administrative server (12) connected to the network, and a plurality of dictation servers (16) connected to the network. The dictation servers store dictation jobs and selectively downloads the dictation jobs to transcriber stations (18) connected to the dictation servers from time to time via the network. The administrative server receives log-on signals from the transcriber stations and selectively assigns the transcriber station to diction servers on the basis of assignment rules stored in the administrative server.
L'invention concerne un système réparti de dictée comportant un réseau de communication de données, un serveur administratif connecté au réseau et une pluralité de serveurs de dictée connectés au réseau. Ces serveurs de dictée stockent des dictées enregistrées et téléchargent sélectivement ces dictées enregistrées sur des stations de transcription connectées aux serveurs de dictée lorsqu'il y a lieu via le réseau. Le serveur administratif reçoit des signaux d'entrée en communication provenant des stations de transcription et attribue sélectivement une station de transcription à des serveurs dictées en fonction de règles d'attribution stockées dans le serveur administratif.
