The subject of this invention is a method of dynamic measurement, without contact, of the displacement of a conductive material in relation to a capacitance sensor consisting of two parallel conducting plates, superimposed but electrically insulated from each other, and supplied by a high-frequency signal at a preset voltage, the capacitance sensor being connected to a device that can detect a current value, and a method of dynamic measurement, without contact, of the permittivity of a dielectric between a conductive part and a capacitance sensor of the type described above.

PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention a pour objet une méthode de mesure dynamique et sans contact du déplacement d'une matière conductrice par rapport à un capteur capacitif constitué de deux plaques conductrices parallèles, superposées, isolées électriquement l'une de l'autre, et alimentées par un signal haute fréquence à une tension prédéterminée, le capteur capacitif étant relié à un dispositif capable de détecter une valeur de courant, ainsi qu'une méthode de mesure dynamique et sans contact de la permittivité d'un diélectrique entre une pièce conductrice et un capteur capacitif du type décrit précédemment.
