The invention relates to a joining element for fastening detachable tooth prostheses to tooth crowns or to tooth implants. Said joining element comprises a detent (R) which is mounted such that it can be displaced in a manner that is transversal to the direction of removal of the prosthesis and which can be guided, in relation to the direction of removal of the prosthesis, with its portions, which effect the locking by the force of one or more springs (F), under areas of a bound element (S) that is formed on one or more tooth crowns or on one or more tooth implants. In addition, the detent, with its portions that effect the locking, can be removed, against said spring force, out of these areas once again by pressing a push-button (D) that acts upon the detent (R), whereby a stop device (A) is provided for the detent. When pressing the push-button (D), said stop device can be displaced by a spring force acting in the direction of the displacement of the detent (R) or by the displacement of the detent (R) itself or by the actions of both in such a manner that it causes the joining element, via stopping faces, to slightly lift in a direction of removal of the prosthesis.
L'invention concerne un élément d'assemblage pour fixer des prothèses dentaires amovibles sur des couronnes ou des implants dentaires, qui comprend un taquet (R) monté déplaçable transversalement au sens d'enlèvement de la prothèse. Cet élément d'arrêt peut être guidé par ses parties qui induisent le verrouillage, par la force d'un ou de plusieurs ressorts (F), vu depuis le sens d'enlèvement de la prothèse, sous des zones d'un élément (S) ajusté formé sur une ou plusieurs couronnes ou sur un ou plusieurs implants, et peut être à nouveau éloigné desdites zones, par actionnement d'un bouton-poussoir (D) agissant sur le taquet (R), par ses parties qui induisent le verrouillage. Il est prévu un dispositif d'arrêt (A) pour l'élément d'arrêt qui, lorsque le bouton-poussoir (D) est actionné, peut être déplacé sous l'effet d'une force exercée par le ressort en direction du mouvement de déplacement du taquet (R) ou sous le propre effet du mouvement du taquet (R) ou bien sous l'effet des deux actions conjuguées, de manière à soulever légèrement l'élément d'assemblage dans le sens d'enlèvement de la prothèse, par l'intermédiaire de surfaces de butée.
