Described are liquid setting and hardening accel-erators for hydraulic binders and such binder comprising mix-tures that preferably are alkali-free and chloride-free and that do not comprise any basic features. The setting accel-erators comprise as components aluminum salts, complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors and optionally inorganic and/or organic thickening or thixotropic agents. In comparison with the use of alkaline accelera-tors, an essential reduction in the setting time and a faster development of high compressive strengths is achieved by the accelerators of the present invention. In comparison with commercially available alkali-free accelerators solid pre-cipitates of aluminum salts and thereby generated plugging up of the spray nozzles is avoided and the corrosion at the spraying devices is eliminated. Said advantages result in a great economic advantage due to less maintenance needed for the devices and less interruptions of work.

Divulgation d'accélérateurs de durcissement et de prise de liquides pour des liants hydrauliques et d'un tel liant comprenant des mélanges qui sont, de préférence, exempts d'alcali et de chlorure et qui ne comportent aucune caractéristique de base. Ces accélérateurs de prise comprennent des sels d'aluminium, des agents complexants, des inhibiteurs de corrosion et, éventuellement, des agents épaississants ou thixotropes inorganiques et/ou organiques. Comparativement à l'utilisation d'accélérateurs alcalins, une réduction importante du temps de prise et un développement plus rapide de forces de compression importantes sont obtenus grâce aux accélérateurs de la présente invention. Comparativement aux accélérateurs exempts d'alcali disponibles dans le commerce, les sels d'aluminium précipitent et, donc, le colmatage des buses de pulvérisation est évité et la corrosion du dispositif de pulvérisation est éliminée. Ceci conduit à un grand avantage économique en raison d'une maintenance moindre des dispositifs et d'interruptions de travail moins fréquentes.
