Fluoroalkyl- and fluoroalkoxy-substituted heterocyclic bradykinin antagonists, process for their preparation, and their use Heterocyclic fluoroalkyl derivatives and fluoroalkoxy derivatives of the formula (I) having bradykinin-antagonistic action (see fig.I) in which X1-X3 are N or CR5, R1 and R2 are H or halogen, R3 and R4 are H, halogen, alkyl or alkenyl, R5 is H, halogen, (substituted) alkyl, O-R6, S-R6, NHR6, (substituted) aryl, (substituted)aryl-alkyl, -C(O)-OR6 or -C(O)-H, R6 and R8 H, alkyl, alkenyl or aryl-alkyl, R7 is (substituted) alkyl or(substituted) alkoxy, B is an aminocarboxylic acid, D is alkenediyl, alkanediyl or -(CH2)n-Yp -(CH2)m-, E is oxygen or sulfur, Y is oxygen, sulfur or NR8, n and m are a number 0 - 3, o is a number 1 - 3 and p is 0 or 1, and their physiologically tolerable salts and a process for their preparation are described.

Dérivés hétérocycliques fluoroalkylés de formule (I), exerçant une action antagoniste sur la bradykinine (voir fig. I), où X1-X3 représentent N ou CR5, R1 et R2 représentent H ou un halogène, R3 et R4 représentent H, un halogène, un alkyle ou un alcényle, R5 représente un H, un halogène, un alkyle (avec substitution), O-R6, S-R6, NHR6, un aryle (avec substitution), un aryl-alkyle (avec substitution), -C(O)-OR6 ou -C(O)-H, R6 et R8 représentent un H, un alkyle, un alcényle ou un aryl-alkyle, R7 représente un alkyle (avec substitution) ou un alcoxy (avec substitution), B représente un acide aminocarboxylique, D un alcènediyle, un alcanediyle ou -(CH2)n-Yp-(CH2)m-, E représente de l'oxygène ou du soufre, Y de l'oxygène, du soufre ou NR8, n et m représentent les nombres 0 à 3, o représente un nombre de 1 à 3 et p est 0 ou 1; on décrit leurs sels physiologiquement tolérables et leur méthode de préparation.
