A thermostat device that enables stable operation of a valve body and is capable of preventing overshooting or hunting and achieving the reduction of the thermostat device itself, comprising main shaft supported at the front end of the piston of a thermoelement adapted to sense cooling water temperature to open and close a first valve body and a second valve body, the main shaft supporting the first and second valve bodies, the temperature sensing section of the thermoelement being arranged to contact the cooling water from an engine outlet, rather than directly contacting the cooling water from a radiator outlet, to sense the temperature, a heating element installed in the temperature sensing section, in addition to the opening and closing of the first and second valve bodies caused by the thermoelement due to cooling water temperature, a third inflow sleeve disposed below the second valve body, the first valve body being disposed thereabove, the thermoelement being disposed thereabove, the first inflow sleeve being disposed between the thermoelement and the main valve.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif à thermostat permettant d'obtenir un fonctionnement stable d'un corps de soupape, d'empêcher une surchauffe ou une oscillation et de réaliser une réduction du dispositif à thermostat lui-même. Ce dispositif à thermostat comprend une tige principale, soutenue à l'extrémité avant du piston d'un thermoélément qui est conçu pour capter la température d'eau de refroidissement, afin d'ouvrir et de fermer un premier corps de soupape et un second corps de soupape. Ladite tige principale porte les premier et second corps de soupape. La partie de détection de température du thermoélément est conçue pour être en contact avec l'eau de refroidissement provenant d'une sortie de moteur, plutôt que pour venir directement en contact avec l'eau de refroidissement provenant d'une sortie de radiateur, afin de capter la température. Le dispositif à thermostat comprend également un élément chauffant, qui est monté dans la partie de détection de température, là où a également lieu l'ouverture et la fermeture des premier et second corps de soupape engendrées par le thermoélément en raison de la température de l'eau de refroidissement, ainsi qu'une troisième gaine de débit entrant, qui est montée en-dessous du second corps de soupape. Le premier corps de soupape est monté au-dessus de cette gaine et le thermoélément est monté au-dessus de ce premier corps de soupape. La première gaine de débit entrant est montée entre le thermoélément et la soupape principale.
