Artificial human skin comprising: a) microperforated membrane based on a hyaluronic acid derivative, on which keratinocytes have been seeded and cultured, b) an underlying non-woven tissue based on a hyaluronic acid derivative wherein fibroblasts have been seeded and left to proliferate. The artificial human skin according to the present invention can be therefore advantageously used in medicine, in surgery, in diagnostics and as a vehicle for preparing a controlled release medicament. Lastly, this artificial human skin can be frozen to -80 ~C or placed in liquid nitrogen and stored, so that a tissue bank can be created.
Cette peau artificielle destinée à l'homme comprend: a) une membrane pourvue de microperforations, à base d'un dérivé de l'acide hyaluronique, et sur laquelle on a ensemencé et mis des kératinocytes en culture; b) un non tissé sous-jacent, à base d'un dérivé de l'acide hyaluronique, et dans lequel on a ensemencé des fibroblastes que l'on a laissé proliférer. On peut ainsi utiliser avantageusement la peau artificielle de l'invention, en médecine, en chirurgie, dans des diagnostics et en tant qu'excipient dans la préparation d'un médicament à libération retard. Enfin, on peut congeler à -80 ·C cette peau artificielle ou la placer dans de l'azote liquide et l'y conserver, de manière à créer une banque de tissus.
