A film dispenser for dispensing individual strips of film comprising a main housing with an integrally attached hinged lid, wherein the housing and lid are one injection molded part that interfaces with a body and, when the closed, the lid creates a moisture tight seal with the main housing, the lid having a flexible arm attached to an underside of the lid, an opening in a topside of the main housing where a portion of the opening acts as a hinge point for the flexible arm, and, when the lid is opened, the arm assists in pushing or pulling the film out of the package; the body that is attached to the main housing to form a moisture tight seal with the main housing; and an indexing finger composed of an elastomer and attached to the underside of the hinged lid, the finger interacts with the flexible arm to dispense the individual strips.
L'invention concerne un distributeur de film permettant de distribuer des bandes individuelles de film, qui comprend un logement principal monté solidaire à un couvercle articulé, le logement et le couvercle constituant une pièce moulée par injection faisant office d'intermédiaire avec un corps, le couvercle créant une fermeture étanche à l'humidité lorsqu'il est fermé. Un bras flexible est relié à un côté inférieur du couvercle et une ouverture est située sur un côté supérieur du logement principal, une partie de cette ouverture faisant office de point d'articulation pour le bras flexible. Lorsque le couvercle est ouvert, le bras contribue à la poussée ou à la traction du film hors du boîtier. Ledit distributeur de film comprend également un corps relié au logement principal destiné à former une fermeture étanche à l'humidité avec ledit logement principal ; et un doigt indexable composé d'un élastomère et étant relié au côté inférieur du couvercle articulé, ce doigt interagissant avec le bras flexible afin de distribuer les bandes individuelles.
