A ligating band dispenser comprises a substantially cylindrical first support surface capable of holding a plurality of first ligating bands. The first support surface has a first channel extending substantially axially therethrough and a plurality of first slots extending away from a distal end thereof through at least a portion of the first support surface. A plurality of increased diameter abutting portions define a plurality of segments of a pull line extending through the slots with each of the abutting portions being retained within the channel by contact with a corresponding one of the slots. Each of the segments loops around a corresponding one of the ligating bands to releasably couple the pull line to the ligating bands.

La présente invention concerne un distributeur de bandes de ligature comprenant une première surface support sensiblement cylindrique, capable de retenir une pluralité de premiers bracelets de ligature. Cette première surface support comporte, d'une part un premier canal traversant cette surface sensiblement axialement, et d'autre part une pluralité de premières fentes s'éloignant sensiblement d'une extrémité distale jusqu'à traverser une partie au moins de la première surface support. Une pluralité de parties contiguës d'un diamètre supérieur définit une pluralité de segments d'un fil de tirage passant par les fentes, chacune des parties contiguës étant bloquée à l'intérieur du canal par contact avec une fente correspondante. Les segments forment une boucle chacun autour d'une bande de ligature de façon à coupler libérable le fil de tirage sur les bandes de ligature.
