The invention concerns a security door with sliding panel, in particular for vertical lift door comprising a panel (5) which can be raised and lowered between two vertical members (2, 3) for clearing or closing a bay formed in a wall. The invention is characterised in that said door is provided with detection means (35) sensitive to pressure exerted at any one point on said panel surface, said detection means delivering a signal when such pressure occurs.
