The present invention is related to a device, kit and method for pulsing a biological sample with a pulsing agent and subsequently stabilizing the biological sample so pulsed. The invention has application in the fields of medical diagnostics, particularly relating to immunity. One embodiment of the present invention is a vessel suitable for accepting a liquid biological sample, exposing said sample to a first substance and subsequently a nucleic acid stabilising agent, said vessel comprising: a) a first substance present inside said vessel, b) a container in which said stabilising agent is present, c) a connection between the inside of said vessel and the inside of said container, d) a physical barrier that temporarily blocks said connection.
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif, à un kit et à un procédé permettant d'appliquer des impulsions sur un échantillon biologique à l'aide d'un agent d'impulsions, puis de stabiliser l'échantillon biologique ayant reçu lesdites impulsions. L'invention peut être appliquée dans le domaine des diagnostics médicaux, liés en particulier à l'immunité. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention consiste à fournir un contenant pouvant recevoir un échantillon biologique liquide, à exposer ledit échantillon à une première substance puis à un agent de stabilisation de l'acide nucléique, ledit contenant comprenant : a) une première substance présente dans ledit contenant ; b) un récipient contenant ledit agent de stabilisation ; c) une liaison entre l'intérieur dudit contenant et l'intérieur dudit récipient ; d) une barrière physique qui interrompt temporairement ladite liaison.
