Disclosed is an active energy ray-curable coating composition containing (A) 10-70% by mass of a poly(meth)acrylate of a mono- or polypentaerythritol; (B) 5-50% by mass of (B-1) a polyester type aliphatic urethanedi(meth)acrylate compound which is obtained by reacting an aliphatic diisocyanate compound, a caprolactone-modified polyester diol and an acrylate having a hydroxyl group, (B-2) a compound represented by the formula (2), or (B-3) a polyether type urethanedi(meth)acrylate compound having two (meth)acryloyloxy groups in a molecule (provided that when (B-3) is contained, the component (A) contains at least one (meth)acryloyloxy group modified by caprolactone); (C) 5-70% by mass of a poly((meth)acryloyloxyalkyl) (iso)cyanurate represented by the formula (3) or (4); and (D) 0.1-10% by mass of a photopolymerization initiator. This active energy ray-curable coating composition enables to form a cured coating film excellent in weather resistance, wear resistance and adhesion to a base.
La présente invention concerne une composition de revêtement durcissable par rayons d'énergie active contenant (A) de 10 à 70 % en masse d'un poly(méth)acrylate d'un mono ou polypentaérythritol ; (B) de 5 à 50 % en masse (B-1) d'un composé uréthanedi(méth)acrylate aliphatique de type polyester qui est obtenu par la réaction d'un composé diisocyanate aliphatique, d'un polyester diol modifié par une caprolactone et d'un acrylate possédant un groupe hydroxyle, (B-2) d'un composé représenté par la formule (2) ou (B-3) d'un type composé uréthanedi(méth)acrylate de type polyéther possédant deux groupes (méth)acryloyloxy dans une molécule (à condition que lorsque (B-3) est contenu, le composant (A) contient au moins un groupe (méth)acryloyloxy modifié par une caprolactone) ; (C) de 5 à 70 % en masse d'un poly((méth)acryloyloxyalkyle)(iso)cyanurate représenté par la formule (3) ou (4) ; et (D) de 0,1 à 10 % en masse d'un initiateur de photopolymérisation. Cette composition de revêtement durcissable par rayons d'énergie active permet de former un film de revêtement durci excellent en termes de résistance aux intempéries, de résistance à l'usure et d'adhérence à une base.
