Preparation of pyrimido[5,4-g]pteridine of formula (I) wherein A1, A2, A3 and A4 are each independently of the others -NR1R2, wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, -CO-C1-C8alkyl, -CO-C6-C14aryl, -COO-C1-C8alkyl, -COO-C6- C14aryl, -CONH-C1-C8alkyl or -CONH-C6-C14aryl, or -OH, -SH, hydrogen, C1- C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, or C6-C14aryl or -O-C6-C14aryl each unsubstituted or mono- or poly- substituted by halogen, nitro, cyano, -OR10, -SR10, -NR10R11, - CONR10R11, -COOR10, -SO2R10, -SO2NR10R11, -SO3R10, -NR11COR10 or by - NR11COOR10, wherein R10 and R11 are each independently of the other hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, C5-C12cycloalkyl or C2-C8alkenyl, by a) reacting the pyrimidine of formula (II) with the pyrimidine of formula (III) in the presence of an acid and, if desired, of a solvent, the molar ratio of the acid to the compound of formula (II) being in the range of from 100:1 to 1:1, and b) subsequently treating the resulting reaction mixture with a base, and novel pyrimido[5,4- g]pteridine salts and their use.
La présente invention concerne la préparation de pyrimido[5,4-g]ptéridine de formule (I) dans laquelle A¿1?, A¿2?, A¿3? et A¿4? représentent chacun de manière indépendante des autres un groupe -NR¿1?R¿2?, dans lequel R¿1? et R¿2? représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe C¿1?-C¿8?alkyle, -CO-C¿1?-C¿8?alkyle, -CO-C¿6?-C¿14?aryle, -COO-C¿1?-C¿8?alkyle, -COO-C¿6?-C¿14?aryle, -CONH-C¿1?-C¿8?alkyle ou un groupe -CONH-C¿6?-C¿14?aryle, ou un groupe -OH, -SH, un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe C¿1?-C¿8?alkyle, C¿1?-C¿8?alcoxy, ou un groupe C¿6?-C¿14?aryle ou un groupe -O-C-¿6?C¿14?aryle chacun non substitué ou mono- ou polysubstitué par un atome d'halogène, un groupe nitro, cyano, -OR¿10?, -SR¿10?, -NR¿10?R¿11?, -CONR¿10?R¿11?, -COOR¿10?, -SO¿2?R¿10?, -SO¿2?NR¿10?R¿11?, -SO¿3?R¿10?, -NR¿11?COR¿10? ou par un groupe -NR¿11?COOR¿10?, dans lequel R¿10? et R¿11? sont chacun, indépendamment de l'autre atome d'hydrogène, un groupe C¿1?-C¿8?alkyle, C¿5?-C¿12?cycloalkyle ou un groupe C¿2?-C¿8?alcènyle. Cette préparation consiste a) à faire réagir la pyrimidine de formule (II) avec la pyrimidine de formule (III) en présence d'un acide et, si souhaitée, d'un solvant, la rapport molaire de l'acide au composé de formule (II) étant compris dans l'intervalle allant de 100:1 à 1:1, et b) à traiter subséquemment le mélange réactionnel résultant avec une base. L'invention concerne aussi des sels de pyrimido[5,4-g]ptéridine et leur utilisation.
