Methods and devices for preserving effervescence The present invention comprises methods and devices for preserving the carbonation or effervescence of effervescent beverages. In general, the methods comprise providing a device comprising a metallic shaft portion and an arm portion to an open beverage container containing an effervescent beverage. The devices may be made of metals or alloys and may be solid, hollow or plated materials, and may include nonmetal features. While the device is in place and the container is open to atmospheric air, the effervescence of the liquid is maintained for longer periods of time than are the same liquids in the similar conditions without the device present.

Cette invention comprend des procédés et des dispositifs servant à préserver la carbonatation ou l'effervescence de boissons effervescentes. D'une manière générale, les procédés consistent à placer un dispositif comprenant une partie axe métallique et une partie bras dans un récipient de boisson ouvert contenant une boisson effervescente. Les dispositifs peuvent être composés de métaux ou d'alliages et peuvent être composés de matériaux solides, creux ou plaqués. Lorsque le dispositif est en place et que le récipient est ouvert à l'air libre, le liquide reste effervescent plus longtemps que les mêmes liquides dans des conditions similaires sans le dispositif.
