The invention relates to a method which automatically allocates a complex process (10) - preferably the emulation of a PNNI based ATM network - to a large number of computers (46) with different performance characteristics and ratings, whereby the method takes into account dynamic modifications of the network. The method comprises the following steps: a) detection of specific valuation parameters (54) of the computers (46), b) determination of sub- processes, c) structuring of the sub-processes, d) allocation of the sub- processes to the computer(s) (46) and e) optional output of the allocation data during said method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé qui attribue automatiquement un processus complexe (10) de préférence l'émulation d'un réseau ATM se basant sur la PNNI à une pluralité d'ordinateurs (46) ayant des caractéristiques de puissances et des paramètres différent, le procédé prenant en compte les modifications dynamiques du réseau. Le procédé comprend pour cela les étapes suivantes : a) détection des paramètres d'évaluation (54) spécifiques des ordinateurs (46) ; b) détermination de sous-processus ; c) structuration des sous-processus ; d) attribution des sous-processus à l'ordinateur / aux ordinateurs (46) ; et e) sortie éventuelle de données d'attribution.
