Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for prevention, treatment or amelioration of dermatosis excluding itching comprising a glycerol derivative represented by the formula (I): (see fig.I) wherein A is a bond or (see fig.II), R1 is (see fig.III) wherein R2 is a methoxyphenyl group or methyl group, X is an atom or atomic group which may become an anion (see fig.IV) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
On divulgue un agent thérapeutique pour la prévention, le traitement ou l'amélioration des manifestations de la dermatose, excluant le prurit, comprenant, comme ingrédient actif, un dérivé glycérolique de formule (I) : (voir fig.I) où A est une liaison ou (voir fig.II), R1 est (voir fig.III) où R2 est un groupe méthoxyphényle ou un groupe méthyle, X est un atome ou un groupe atomique qui peut devenir un anion (voir fig.IV), ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de ce dernier.
