The invention relates to a device for installing at least one roller in a liquid zinc bath of a galvanization line used for the galvanization of a continuously-moving steel strip (B), comprising a beam (117) to which a first pair of arms (1132) is attached, said first pair of arms (1132) bearing a bottom roller (113). The aforementioned bottom roller is intended to be immersed in the liquid zinc bath (112) towards a working position (P1) of the bottom roller, relative to the naturally immersed position (P2) of the bottom roller, by means of a movement provided together with a first cylindrical bearing (1171) supporting the first pair of arms, said first cylindrical bearing (1171) being attached to each of the two ends of the beam (117). The invention is characterized by: (a) a second cylindrical bearing (1172) attached to each of the two ends of the beam (117) and separate from the first cylindrical bearing (1171) on the same beam end section (117); and (b) a push device (11614) which interacts with at least one of the first and second cylindrical bearings (1171, 1172) such that, in the working position, the first and second cylindrical bearings (1171, 1172) are maintained in a single predetermined plane and such that the first cylindrical bearing (1171) is disposed under the second cylindrical bearing (1172) at a minimum supporting height along said vertical plane.
Le présente invention décrit un dispositif adapté pour une mise en place d'au moins un rouleau dans un bain de zinc liquide d'une ligne de galvanisation d'une bande d'acier (B) en défilement continu, comportant une poutre (117), à laquelle est liée une première (1132) paire de bras, la première paire de bras (1132) portant un rouleau de fond (113), le rouleau étant destiné à être immergé dans le bain de zinc liquide (112) vers une position de travail (Pl) du rouleau de fond relativement à une position naturellement immergée (P2) du rouleau de fond, sou forme d'un déplacement assuré en coopération avec un premier support cylindrique (1171) de soutènement de ladite première paire de bras, ledit premier support cylindrique (1171) étant fixé à chacune de deux extrémités de la poutre (117), caractérisé par: a) un deuxième support cylindrique (1172), fixé à chacune de deux extrémités de la poutre (117) et distinct du premier support cylindrique (1171) sur une même section en extrémité de poutre (117), b) un dispositif de poussée (11614)- interagissant avec au moins un des premier et deuxième supports cylindriques (1171, 1172) de façon à ce qu'en position de travail, le premier et le deuxième supports cylindriques (1171, 1172) soient maintenus dans un unique plan prédéfini, et que le premier support cylindrique (1171) soit disposé sous le deuxième support cylindrique (1172) à une hauteur minimale de soutènement suivant ce plan vertical.
