ABSTRACT A signaling device which is securable to a moving object which can be a road vehicle such as a bicycle, a snowmobile, or a person walking or jogging, whereby to signal its presence. The signaling device comprises a housing having a light conductive outer wall and an inner wall having an attachment element to secure the housing to the object. An internal circuit board is secured in the housing by hand pressure and has a printed circuit thereon with a plurality of light emitting diodes secured spaced apart in a predetermined configuration on the printed circuit A board switch is provided for connecting an internal DC voltage supplyto an automatic oscillating switching device. The switching device is selectively connected to a terminal of the plurality of light emitting diodes in an oscillatory switching mode. when energized by the closing of the switch, to cause the light emitting diodes to generate sequential signaling flashes.
