L'invention concerne une composition cosmétique contenant au moins un polymère (a) de polyammonium quaternaire et au moins un polymère (b) constitué de 70 à 90 % en poids environ d'unités de diallyldialkylammonium dans un rapport pondéral strictement inférieur à 1. (see figure I) L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'une telle composition pour le soin des cheveux et/ou de la peau. Cette composition permet d'améliorer le démêlage des cheveux (notamment des cheveux humides) ainsi que la douceur des cheveux et de la peau.
