The present invention relates to transcription regulating sequences from Solanaceae triose-phosphate translocator (TPT) genes and their use in plant expression cassettes. Preferably, the transcription regulating sequence is from the Solanum tuberosum triose-phosphate translocator gene. The transcription regulating sequences preferably exhibit strong expression activity in all tissues beside the reproductive organs (e.g., flowers, seed) and are especially useful for expression in potato tubers.

Cette invention concerne des séquences de régulation de transcription dérivées de gènes de translocation de triose-phosphate (TPT) Solanaceae et leur utilisation dans des cassettes d'expression de plantes. La séquence de régulation de transcription est de préférence dérivée du gène de translocation de triose-phosphate Solanum tuberosum. Ces séquences de régulation de transcription présentent de préférence une forte activité d'expression dans tous les tissus et non seulement dans les organes reproducteurs (par exemple fleurs, graines) et elles sont particulièrement utiles pour l'expression dans les tubercules de pomme de terre.
