A process, with methods and technologies to reduce green house gases, This intellectual property consists of the ideal hybrid seeds, machines, system and technologies to produce and convert to sustainable cost effective alternatives to the burning of fossil fuels and forest clear cutting, while providing energy, pulp for paper and lumber. This process utilizes extensive comparison studies conducted internationally by universities, corporations and governments. Crossed, intermingled combinations of the above effectiveness have been organized to create a new original scientific approach for cost effective results. Old expired patents indirectly chosen for their single advantages have also been re-formulated to compliment and enhance the usefulness of the goal to reduce CO2 emissions worldwide. The formula for this chain combination invention stems from seeds, to maximum ethanol production yields. This process includes stripping the hybrid sweet sorghum stalks seven to eight feet tall, into its fibrous and liquid composition, including the capture of its flower grain top. The method of application to achieve this task, consists of hand or machine knives, that remove the fiber stalk. The knives have scrapping edges, to remove the interior. The interior juice of this plant is fermented and distilled to produce ethanol. The heat required to cause distillation comes from waste material (leaves). This energy free waste provides low cost ethanol (alcohol). The shell stalk fibrous material is pulverized to make pulp for paper or compressed lumber alternatives. The flower top is processed for foods such as grain cereal, bread or animal feed. Distillation systems consists of continued fermentation and distillation of the crop leaves and other waste materials through triple injection furnace burners. This triple injection furnace heat source accomplishes clean exhaust emissions. This furnace is used to produce alcohol for fuel; using clean combustion for distillation. Once produced, the clean renewable ethanol is used as fuel in conventional engines. A conversion kit, consisting of a supplementary pump, tank and hoses is installed on engines. The surplus pump kit, allows alcohol to replace gasoline at equal BTU demands. A separate injection system controls the dual injectors via computer signal to the engine. Based on the combination of the above processed, methods and technologies the CO2 emissions are guaranteed to be reduced.
