The present invention relates to a method for loading paper or paper board during the papermaking process. At least one process stream (40) containing fines and/or fillers are combined with long fibers (41). The combined fines and/or fillers is thickened (42) and sent to reactor (43) where fiber-filler complex slurry is formed. The fiber-filler complex is cycled to the paper making process to form the paper (39).
