The invention relates to a novel organosilicon carrier system for biological agents that is produced via a simple, stable and reproducible preparation process that is capable of maintaining tertiary protein structure and biological activity of the proteins and/or other biological agents in the mixture, whereby the carrier system is obtainable by mixing one or more organosilicon compounds, selected from the group comprising organosilicon, sugar organosilicon, amino sugar organosilicon compounds, their derivatives, salts and/or the vesicles formed from them, with one or more biological agents, selected from the group comprising antigens, preantigens, antigen conjugates, antibodies, pre-antibodies, antibody conjugates, allergens, allergen extracts, nucleic acids, plasmids, proteins, peptides, pharmaceutical agents, immunologically active substances and/or cosmetics, in solution at a pH value between 7 and 8, preferably 7.4, followed by homogenisation or sonication of the mixture, followed by sterile filtration of the mixture, followed by lyophilisation.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau système de transport organosilicium pour des agents biologiques qui est produit par un procédé de préparation simple, stable et reproductible qui est capable de maintenir la structure tertiaire de protéine et lactivité biologique des protéines et/ou dautres agents biologiques dans le mélange de telle manière que le système de transport puisse être obtenu par le mélange dun ou plusieurs composés organosilicium, choisis dans le groupe comprenant des composés organosilicium, glucide-organosilicium, amino-glucide-organosilicium, leurs dérivés, sels et/ou les vésicules formées à partir de ceux-ci, avec un ou plusieurs agents biologiques, choisis dans le groupe comprenant des antigènes, des pré-antigènes, des conjugués dantigène, des anticorps, des pré-anticorps, des conjugués danticorps, des allergènes, des extraits dallergène, des acides nucléiques, des plasmides, des protéines, des peptides, des agents pharmaceutiques, des substances immunologiquement actives et/ou des cosmétiques, en solution à une valeur de pH comprise entre 7 et 8, de préférence 7,4, suivi par lhomogénéisation ou la sonication du mélange, suivie par la filtration stérile du mélange, suivie par une lyophilisation.
