The device for distributing wiping material comprises a casing (1), a hood (2), a drum (3), a cutting blade (4a) which is integrated into the drum, means for launching and recalling said drum including an eccentric (6) and a launching and recall spring (6a) disposed on a side part of the drum, lateral flanges (1b) of the casing which are specially designed to support a reel (B) of material, a pressing roller (8) providing pressure with respect to said strip of material at a given point, in addition to a second pressure area defined in the cutting area of the strip of material at the level of the drum. The inventive device is characterized in that the pressing roller (8) is hingedly mounted and able to pivot by means of two swing levers (9-10) so that it can come into permanent contact with the reel of material (B) in a state of pressure, defining a distance between the areas of tension defined by the reel contact/ pressing roller and the drum/egress of the cutting blade, corresponding to 25-50 cm.

L'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage du type comprenant un carter (1), un capot (2), un tambour (3), une lame de coupe (4a) intégrée dans le tambour, des moyens de lancement et de rappel du tambour incluant un excentrique (6) et un ressort de lancement et de rappel (6a) disposés à partir d'un côté latéral du tambour, des flasques latéraux (1b) du carter agencés pour supporter la bobine (B) de matériau, un rouleau presseur (8) étant susceptible d'assurer une pression de la bande de matériau à un endroit donné en complément d'une seconde zone de pression définie vers la zone de coupe de la bande de matériau au niveau du tambour, ledit appareil étant remarquable en ce que le rouleau presseur (8) est monté articulé et pivotant par deux leviers basculants (9-10) pour venir en contact permanent et sous pression avec la bobine de matériau (B), en définissant une distance entre les zones de mise en tension définies par le contact bobine/rouleau presseur d'une part, et tambour/sortie de lame de coupe d'autre part, de l'ordre de 25 à 50 cm.
