The cylindrical container is closable by a closure cap. The container mouth includes two axially spaced, radially outwardly depending first and second flanges. The first flange, closest to the mouth, is V- shape, and is adapted to fit inside a shallow complementary groove made on the radially inward wall of the cap rim. The second flange is L-shape, defining an annular stop that prevents an identification label from moving against the container body beyond the second flange and toward the container mouth, so as to prevent accidental overlap of the label over the cap rim. A downwardly-pointing arrow is carried by a section of the cap rim, and an upwardly pointing arrow notch is made about the second flange, so that by rotating cap to bring both cap arrow and container arrow notch in respective register, the safety cap can be released from the container mouth.
