The invention relates to phosphoric benzoyl derivatives of formula (I), in which the variables have the following meanings: P(=X)R1R2X represents an organic phosphorous group; R3 represents hydrogen, nitro, cyano, halogen, optionally substituted alkyl, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, optionally substituted alkoxy, optionally substituted alkylthio, optionally substituted alkylsulfinyl, optionally substituted alkylsulfonyl, optionally substituted aminosulfonyl, optionally substituted amino, P(=X)R1R2, optionally substituted phenyl or optionally substituted heterocyclyl; R4 represents nitro, cyano, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl or alkylsulfonyl; l is 0, 1 or 2; Q represents optionally substituted 1-hydroxy-3-oxo-cylcohex-1-ene-2-yl, optionally substituted 5-hydroxy-pyrazole-4-yl, optionally substituted isoxazole-4-yl or optionally substituted 2-cyano-1-oxo-eth-2-yl. The invention also relates to their agriculturally useful salts, to methods and intermediates for producing said phosphoric benzoyl derivatives, to agents containing them, to the use of said derivatives or of the agents containing them for controlling undesirable plants.
Cette invention concerne des dérivés de benzoyle contenant du phosphore de formule (I) dans laquelle les variables correspondent aux éléments suivants: P(=X)R?1¿R?2¿X représente un résidu de phosphore organique; R?3¿ représente hydrogène, nitro, cyano, halogène, alkyle éventuellement substitué, alkylcarbonyle, alkoxycarbonyle, alkoxy éventuellement substitué, alkylthio éventuellement substitué, alkylsulfinyle éventuellement substitué, alkylsulfonyle éventuellement substitué, aminosulfonyle éventuellement substitué, amino éventuellement substitué, P(=X)R?1¿R?2¿ représente phényle éventuellement substitué ou hétérocyclyle éventuellement substitué; R?4¿ représente nitro, cyano, halogène, alkyle, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyle ou alkylsulfonyle; l représente 0, 1 ou 2; Q représente 1-hydroxy-3-oxo-cyclcohex-1-en-2-yle éventuellement substitué, 5-hydroxy-pyrazol-4-yle éventuellement substitué, isoxazol-4-yle éventuellement substitué ou 2-cyano-1-oxo-éth-2-yle éventuellement substitué. Cette invention concerne également les sels desdits dérivés, utilisables dans l'agriculture, un procédé et les produits intermédiaires intervenant dans la fabrication de dérivés de benzoyle contenant du phosphore, des compositions dans lesquelles ils interviennent, ainsi que l'utilisation de ces dérivés ou des compositions dans lesquelles ils interviennent pour supprimer les végétaux indésirables.
