A nickel slurry comprising a nickel catalyst, water and at least one rheology modifier, the activity of said nickel catalyst being equal to or greater than the activity of the equivalent nickel catalyst contained in a slurry which does not comprise rheology modifiers, wherein the at least one rheology modifier provides high viscosity at low shear stress and low viscosity at high shear stress.

L'invention concerne une bouillie de nickel comprenant un catalyseur au nickel, de l'eau et au moins un modificateur de rhéologie, l'activité dudit catalyseur au nickel étant égale ou supérieure à l'activité du catalyseur au nickel équivalent contenu dans une bouillie qui ne comprend pas de modificateurs de rhéologie, le ou les modificateurs de rhéologie assurant une viscosité élevée à de faibles contraintes de cisaillement et une faible viscosité à des contraintes de cisaillement élevées.
