A liquid dispenser comprises a closing means provided with an outlet opening for the dosed dispensing of a liquid containing in the dispenser. In order to prevent the outlet opening from being blocked, a disc shaped filter member is provided which comprises a plurality of holes. The individual holes, thereby, are smaller than the outlet opening. The filter member can be fixed to the dispenser in the region of its outlet opening by means of the closing means. In order to provide for a simple centering of the filter member on the dispenser, the filter member comprises a tapered circular rib running along its outer edge. Moreover, the filter member is provided with a plurality of notches along its peripheral edge to form a plurality of yielding tongues.
