A spill resistant pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration, comprising a pharmaceutical agent and a spill resistant base, the pharmaceutical agent or base being bitter in the absence of taste masking, and a bitterness masking component consisting essentially of low-weight polyethylene glycol (PEG) in a concentration from about 1% to about 15% wt/wt.

L'invention concerne une formulation pharmaceutique orale, résistante à l'écoulement, comprenant un principe actif pharmaceutique et une base résistante à l'écoulement, le principe actif pharmaceutique ou la base étant amère en l'absence d'un agent de dissimulation de goût, ainsi qu'un composant de dissimulation d'amertume consistant essentiellement en polyéthylèneglycol de bas poids moléculaire présent en concentration allant de 1 % environ à 15 % environ en poids.
