The invention relates to an implantable device (1) for injecting and/or drawing fluid either in an organ or vessel of the body of a human or animal patient or in an inflatable and/or deflatable compartment of a surgical implant. The inventive device (1) comprises a housing (2) inside of which a chamber (2A) is provided that is to be connected to a catheter, said catheter, itself, being connected either to the organ or vessel or to the compartment. The housing (2) comprises a proximal wall (4) and a distal wall (5) between which a lateral wall extends. The housing (2) has a puncture area (7) designed for being able to be pierced by a hollow needle (14) for injecting and/or drawing fluid in the chamber (2A). The invention is characterized in that this puncture zone (7) is provided so that it extends both at least on the proximal wall (4) and the lateral wall. The invention also relates to implantable sites for injecting and/or drawing fluid.
L'invention concerne un dispositif implantable (1) d'injection et/ou de prélèvement de fluide soit dans un organe ou vaisseau du corps d'un patient humain ou animal, soit dans un compartiment gonflable et/ou dégonflable d'un implant chirurgical, ledit dispositif (1) comprenant un boîtier (2) au sein duquel est ménagée une chambre (2A) destinée à être connectée à un cathéter, ledit cathéter étant lui-même destiné à être connecté soit audit organe ou vaisseau soit audit compartiment, le boîtier (2) comportant une paroi proximale (4) et une paroi distale (5) entre lesquelles s'étend une paroi latérale, ledit boîtier (2) comprenant une zone de ponction (7) conçue pour pouvoir être transpercée par une aiguille creuse (14) en vue d'injecter et/ou de prélever du fluide dans la chambre (2A), caractérisé en ce que ladite zone de ponction (7) est conformée de façon à s'étendre à la fois au moins sur la paroi proximale (4) et la paroi latérale.
