A process for producing a printed electrical circuit or a hybrid circuit, wherein a print medium having particles with electric conductivity, or having ferromagnetic, piezoelectric, dielectric, electrochromic and/or electroluminescent properties, is printed on a substrate. This invention relates to a print medium for printing electrical circuits or a hybrid circuits having particles which are electrically conductive, or which have ferromagnetic, piezoelectric, dielectric, electrochromic and/or electroluminescent properties. In order to produce the circuits flexibly in a simple manner, the print medium of this invention is imprinted on the substrate in the form of a toner, either electrographically or electrostatically means. The print medium can be a toner which can be processed electrographically and which has charge control particles and carrier substances.
