The invention relates to a clamping tool, particularly a clamp chip provided with first and second clamping jaw carriers (4,5) which are associated with a track (1) and which respectively bear a clamping jaw (2,3), wherein at least the first clamping jaw carrier (4) can be displaced along the track (1) in one direction by means of a stepped shifting gear mechanism (6) and is prevented from being displaced in the opposite direction by means of a detachable return locking element (8) and can be displaced along the track (1).

L'invention concerne un outil de serrage, notamment un serre-joint, pourvu d'un premier et d'un deuxième porte-mâchoire de serrage (4, 5) associés à un rail (1) et portant chacun une mâchoire de serrage (2, 3). Le premier porte-mâchoire de serrage (4) au moins est mobile dans une direction le long du rail (1) au moyen d'un mécanisme pas à pas (6) et bloqué en sens inverse par un blocage de renvoi libérable. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le deuxième porte-mâchoire de serrage (5) est également pourvu d'un blocage de renvoi libérable (8) et qu'il est mobile sur le rail (1).
