The invention relates to a method for producing photoactive layers, and to components such as solar cells or photodetectors comprising said layer. The photoactive layer is produced according to the invention by synthesizing inorganic semiconductor particles with microwave irradiation, photoactive layers being formed from said particles in combination with organic semiconductor compounds.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de couches photoactives et des composants comme des cellules solaires ou des photodétecteurs comprenant une telle couche. La couche photoactive est fabriquée selon l'invention en synthétisant des particules semi-conductrices inorganiques sous un rayonnement micro-ondes, et en constituant des couches photoactives en combinant ces particules à des composés semi-conducteurs organiques.
